Mars Licciardi is a professional performer, singer-songwriter, and music educator originally from Chicago, Illinois, now based in the Seattle/Tacoma area. He has built a lifelong career through regional touring across the Midwest and is known for his vibrant energy, positive outlook, and collaborations with prominent national artists and multi-platinum producers. Dedicated to excellence on stage, in the studio, and in the classroom, Mars brings an unwavering work ethic to his teaching, adapting his approach to each student’s unique strengths. He has developed curriculum for tens of thousands of private and group lessons for guitarists of all ages and skill levels, co-founded Rockstar101 (one of Chicago’s most successful independent rock schools) and continues to give back to his community through music. Jeffery brings soulful lead vocals to Soul Sacrifice, honoring the spirit and emotion that define Santana’s music. With over 18 years of professional performance experience, he delivers vocals that balance power and nuance, capturing the passion, grit, and heart at the core of the Santana sound. Drawing from a background rooted in rock, pop, and soul influences, Jeffery connects with audiences through expressive storytelling and instinctive musicality that complements the band’s rich blend of Latin rhythms, blues, and classic rock.
T Glenn
Bass
Tinthony D. Glenn began his musical journey playing drums in church and school before becoming a drummer in a Christian rock band. After moving to Tennessee, he continued performing as a drummer while expanding his musical talents by transitioning to bass guitar for church and funk bands. Returning to the Pacific Northwest, Tinthony further evolved as a musician, performing both keys and bass for bands across the region. His diverse background in gospel, rock, funk, and live performance has shaped a versatile and passionate musician dedicated to connecting with audiences through music.
Tommy Sandovallegos
Percussion / Vocals
Tommy Sandovallegos is a dynamic percussionist known for his work with Soul Sacrifice, a tribute to Santana, where his rhythmic precision and deep musicality help drive the group’s iconic sound. A versatile and in-demand collaborator, he has performed with a wide range of artists, including Whitney Mongi, Naomi Wachira, Amber Sweeney, Paul Sawtelle, Windowpayne, and Glenn Cannon's solo projects. With a strong foundation in groove, texture, and musical sensitivity, Sandovallegos brings both power and nuance to every performance, bridging tradition and contemporary expression across genres.
Robert Keene
Keys/Synths
Robert is a Seattle-area keyboardist and multi-instrumentalist currently performing with groups including Wheel In The Sky, BowieVision, and several original projects. In addition to performing, Robert is a piano instructor at Voice in the Valley Music School, where he shares his passion for music with the next generation of players.
Since joining Soul Sacrifice in 2025, Robert has enjoyed diving into the iconic sounds and rhythms of Santana, as well as getting to know and perform with his bandmates.
Ron Fincher
Drums / Band Leader
Ron has been playing drums since the age of nine and brings more than six decades of experience behind the kit. Having performed across virtually every genre of music, he draws on a deep and diverse musical background to capture the rich blend of rock, Latin, jazz, and Afro-Cuban rhythms that define Santana’s sound. His approach emphasizes feel, groove, and musical maturity, supporting the band with steady energy and a deep respect for the music, while delivering performances that are both authentic and full of soul.
Karl Ronning
Trumpet/vocals/percussion
Karl, a classically trained trumpet player and music educator, has been entertaining Pacific Northwest audiences for over three decades. Inspired early on by jazz legends like Miles Davis, Clark Terry, and Lee Morgan, as well as the earth-moving horns of Earth, Wind & Fire, Chicago, and Tower of Power, he is equally at home in symphonic, jazz, rock, funk, and soul settings. Karl’s playing combines technical precision with groove and emotional depth, reflecting the spirit of Carlos Santana. With a dynamic, expressive sound and infectious energy, he connects with audiences across many styles and stages.
Melvin Fincher

Melvin Fincher is a versatile saxophonist performing on baritone, tenor, and alto saxophone, known for a warm, expressive tone and groove-focused approach. Rooted in jazz, funk, R&B, and soul, his playing balances strong foundational support with clear, intentional soloing.
On baritone, Melvin anchors arrangements with depth and authority; on tenor and alto, he brings melodic clarity, dynamic phrasing, and tasteful edge. An experienced live performer, he delivers a polished, professional sound with a modern approach to amplification and effects that preserves warmth, clarity, and articulation across every horn.
